SHIPPING

Most importantly--shipping and handling charges are FREE! 

The construction of your selection begins when we receive your order.  Your choice isn’t simply picked from a shelf of imported mass produced art and mirrors.  The construction of each piece takes between five to seven business days from the receipt of your order until it is shipped.  Therefore, allowing for shipping time, please anticipate at least two weeks for delivery.

RETURNS

If any SelectArt product purchased through this website fails to meet our customer’s standard for quality, it may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. If a satisfactory replacement cannot be produced, the customer will receive a full refund of the price of the product.

Damages are usually incurred during the shipping process. Please take pictures (with your phone is fine) of any damages to the outside and inside of the packaging along with damages to the art so we can address shipping issues while we send you a replacement. 

Please reach out to our customer service staff at info@selectart.com before returning any product.  A Return Authorization must be generated before any item is returned.
